How Do I Return an Item?

Our Return Policy:
We are more than happy to except returns on unopened items sent back to us within 30 days from the original ship date. The buyer will pay for shipment. Refunds will be less shipping costs. Any non-defective returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled refunded until the order has been returned.

Defective “Magic Thimbles” (All of the thimbles in the original box) may also be returned within 30 days.

Please contact customer service at: customerservice@gollyproducts.com or 954-881-9015 before sending back defective Magic Thimbles for specific return shipping instructions.

Any Magic thimble with the box cannot be returned once the liner has been peel off, tampered with or damaged.

Once the Magic Thimbles (with box) is returned in its original condition and packaging, we will issue your refund, less our shipping charges and restocking fee (if applicable) or send out your replacement box of
Magic Thimbles.
